Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy
All subscribers will be billed for the current month on the 1st day of each month.
New subscribers joining the service before the 20th day of any month will be billed for the full month as of the initial subscription date, and then will be billed on the 1st of each month thereafter.
New subscribers joining the service on or after the 20th day of any month will not be billed again until the 1st day of the second month following their initial payment, and then on the 1st of all months thereafter.
Any subscriber wishing to suspend or cancel an existing membership in the service must notify PhaseTraderIndicator.com in writing before the 20th day of the month preceding the month for which the suspension/cancellation is to be effective. The notice should be sent to Support@PhaseTraderIndicator.com. For example, a subscriber wishing to cancel the service beginning 1 February must provide written notice to Support@PhaseTraderIndicator.com prior to 20 January. Notices received after the 20th of the month will be effective on the first day of the second month following the notice. For example, a cancellation notice received on 21 June would be effective as of 1 August. Upon receipt of the written notice, we will send an email confirming the suspension/cancellation.
We do not offer refunds for all or any part of a monthly subscription fee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our service, you may cancel your existing subscription on or before the 20th day of the month to be effective as of the 1st day of the following month, as noted above.
